Ended a busy day with a lovely dinner with the best friend and, again, dreaming of Europe.

lunchtime wanderings

Went for a walk today with a friend during lunch time, came back puffing and sweating. The bridge over the water was up, so we had to wait, and that's when I took today's photo (the dark portion is what you walk on).

A rough drawing I did this morning for work. This is going to be re-drawn on the computer. Santa wears a singlet, shorts and jandals as it's summer during Christmas here in New Zealand. :-)

Lazy hangout

It was a lazy, summer, hang out with your best friend kind of a day. We went to an Italian place for brunch and then sipped cocktails (or mocktails, in my case) and dreamt of going to Europe.

This here photo is of the wall in one of the bathrooms - the whole thing was made up of cassette tapes!
